embodying a collaborative client based approach. Designer Celia Welch’s
intuitive sensibilities are deeply rooted in a love and practice of
fine arts, years of practical experience and an explicit eye for detail.
Celia
Welch is comfortable working in both traditional and modern styles, a
diversity that has built the firm a reputation for design excellence in
residential and vacation homes with a client base extending from the
greater DC area to New York and the tropical terrain of the Caribbean.
Throughout each project, however, the intention remains the same:
simple, uncluttered, elegant and timeless design, allowing for an
